GREENGUARD Certified Indoor Certified Finishes

Jensen and Son LLC is proud to feature the use of Greenguard certified Axalta ZENITH™ industrial series wood coatings for all in-room re-finishing and repairs,  a fourth-generation waterborne industrial level catalyzed lacquer designed for commercial manufacturing applications. It has exceptional film clarity that retains the natural warmth and character desired by professional wood finishers. It has been formulated with proprietary resin technology to yield a finish that is superior in durability to most all conventional finishes being used in hospitality manufacturing assembly lines today. Axalta Waterborne Lacquer is a low VOC, HAPS-free formulation that contains no isocyanate or formaldehyde and is Greenguard™ Certified. It is a coating that is not only beautiful and durable, but also reduces hazards to workers, consumers and the environment.  The environmentally friendly formula also yields a finish that is strong enough for commercial use but mild enough to be used on children's furniture and consumers that are sensitive to harsh chemicals. The odor emitted during application is no stronger than a typical interior wall paint and the room can be safely occupied by guests for use in as little as four hours.

Axalta industrial series waterborne catalyzed lacquers have been laboratory tested with the following reagents to ensure the highest performance standards.

• Hot Coffee

• Furniture Polish

• Glass Cleaner

• Ammonia

• Lemon Juice

• Orange Juice

• Grape juice

• Catsup

• Viniger

• Olive Oil

• Whiskey

• Tequila

• Vodka

• Standing Water

• Mustard ( 1 hour )

Test procedure: reagents were tested for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
